Terms and Conditions

Basic terms governing our website and drone-media services

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to mydronetours.com and services provided by My Drone Tours LLC (“My Drone Tours,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, approving a proposal, signing an agreement, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Project documents control: A signed proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or change order may add to or modify these Terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document controls.

1. Services

We provide professional drone-media and facility-marketing services, including Clean, Branded, and Choreographed Drone Fly-Through Tours; horizontal and vertical videos; commercials; social-media content; photography; aerial imagery; Google Business content; 3D property-map content; 360-degree virtual tours; multi-location programs; source files; and other agreed add-ons. The specific scope, deliverables, price, schedule, travel, and licensing are listed in the applicable proposal.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A project is booked after we receive the approvals, signatures, and deposit or payment required by the proposal.
  • The deposit amount and whether it is refundable are determined by the proposal; no single deposit percentage applies to every project.
  • Final payment is due as stated in the proposal or invoice. We may withhold final, unwatermarked deliverables or pause work until overdue amounts are paid.
  • Changes to the scope, schedule, location, travel, participants, or deliverables may require additional fees and written approval.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Unless the proposal says otherwise, a request made more than 72 hours before production may be rescheduled once without a rescheduling fee, subject to availability and nonrecoverable costs.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours may result in a fee of up to 50% of the project price, plus committed travel, permit, location, talent, contractor, or other nonrecoverable costs.
  • We may reschedule or modify production because of unsafe conditions, weather, airspace restrictions, location issues, illness, equipment failure, travel disruption, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to find a workable alternative.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, timely access, decisions, assets, approvals, and consolidated feedback.
  • Making sure the location is safe, accessible, clean, lit, powered, and ready for production.
  • Obtaining permission from property owners, facility operators, and other controlling parties.
  • Obtaining required releases or permissions for employees, guests, minors, talent, music, logos, artwork, and other client-controlled materials unless our written agreement says otherwise.
  • Coordinating staff and participants for choreographed productions and ensuring they follow safety instructions.

Delays, missing permissions, unavailable participants, or an unprepared facility may reduce production time, affect the final result, require rescheduling, or create additional charges.

5. Safety and Drone Operations

We control the operation of our drones and production equipment. Outdoor flights are performed in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration requirements, including pilot certification and airspace authorization when required. Indoor flights follow our safety procedures and location rules. The pilot or production lead has final authority to change, pause, or stop an operation that is unsafe or not permitted.

6. Delivery and Revisions

  • Typical delivery is 5-10 business days for Clean Tours and 7-14 business days for Branded Tours, unless the proposal states otherwise.
  • Custom, Choreographed, multi-location, or add-on work may require additional time. Delayed client assets or feedback may extend delivery.
  • Unless the proposal says otherwise, the project includes up to three rounds of reasonable revisions to the agreed deliverables.
  • Each revision round should contain one consolidated set of feedback. New concepts, reshoots, new deliverables, or work outside the approved scope may require additional fees.

7. Creative Process

Drone production and editing involve artistic judgment and conditions that cannot always be controlled. Samples, references, and flight plans show the intended direction but do not guarantee an identical result. We may make reasonable creative, technical, continuity, and safety decisions. We are not responsible for conditions outside our control, including changing light, weather, active guests, facility appearance, internet compression, or social-platform changes.

8. Ownership and Usage Rights

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, My Drone Tours retains ownership and copyright in raw footage, project files, working files, and final media. After full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for its own lawful marketing, advertising, website, social-media, presentation, recruiting, and internal business purposes.

  • Raw footage, source files, editable project files, exclusive rights, copyright assignment, resale, stock-media licensing, or transfer to unrelated third parties are included only when stated in writing.
  • Client represents that it has permission for all logos, copy, music, images, names, and other materials it supplies.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may display final work and reasonable excerpts in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies, advertising, and sales materials after public release.

9. File Storage

The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up final deliverables. We do not guarantee permanent storage of footage, project files, or completed media. Later retrieval or re-editing, if available, may require an additional fee.

10. Website and Third-Party Platforms

Website content and branding are owned by or licensed to My Drone Tours and may not be copied, republished, scraped, or misused without permission. We do not guarantee particular views, engagement, sales, or other results. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, compression, algorithm changes, content removal, or account restrictions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Drone Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill; or delays and losses caused by conditions outside our reasonable control. Our total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that project. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Unless a signed agreement provides a different dispute process or venue, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Volusia County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update these website Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. A later website update does not materially change an existing signed project agreement unless both parties agree in writing. Questions may be sent to:

Drone Fly-Through FAQs

Find answers about how our drone fly-through tours are planned, filmed, delivered, and used by family entertainment centers, venues, and multi-location brands.

Most projects are completed in one scheduled visit. Filming typically takes three to four hours on site, including the walkthrough, flight planning, camera testing, and final flights. Choreographed tours may require additional time to coordinate guests and staff.

Yes. All My Drone Tours projects are operated by FAA Part 107 certified drone pilots. We can provide a certificate of insurance and name a client or property owner as an additional insured or certificate holder when required.

Yes. We travel nationwide for single-facility projects and coordinated multi-location rollouts. For franchise groups and national brands, we keep a consistent production playbook while tailoring each tour to the layout and standout features of each site.

Not necessarily. We just ask that a knowledgeable representative be available for the initial walkthrough and planning. Once the route and plan are approved, we handle filming.

Each drone fly-through tour is customized. Deliverables can include horizontal and vertical edits, branded text and logo integration, aerial footage, short promo cuts, and segmented source clips. Final deliverables are confirmed in your proposal before filming.

A drone fly-through tour starts outside your facility and guides viewers through the whole space in one continuous, welcoming pass, showing what is behind the front doors. It helps build trust and interest so viewers feel comfortable visiting in person.

FPV stands for first-person view. Pilots wear goggles that show a live camera feed, allowing precise control through indoor and outdoor spaces. We use FPV to create smooth fly-through videos that showcase your full facility in one connected experience.

Drone fly-through tours show the full layout and energy of a family entertainment center in one pass, so families quickly see what is there and plan a visit. For marketing teams, the same shoot produces web, social, and ad assets without multiple productions.

We typically film family entertainment centers, trampoline parks, arcades, bowling and sports complexes, fitness centers, event venues, hotels and resorts, plus large commercial spaces such as breweries, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses. Each project is built around your space, your customer journey, and your marketing goals.

Yes, when conditions allow. We can connect exterior approaches with interior highlights in one smooth tour. The exact path is set during pre-production and the site walk.

Safety is built in: flights are planned around your layout, people, and operations. Filming can happen during business hours, after closing, or in a controlled window. Our team has 8+ years of drone operations experience, with safety procedures built into every shoot.

Not always. Some clients film before opening or after closing for maximum control; others film during business to capture real energy. We recommend the right approach based on your space, safety needs, and creative goals.

Prepare the space as if customers were arriving: clean, well lit, and with all screens and attractions powered on. If staff or guests will appear, have them staged and ready before filming. We will align on the flight path and any staging needs during pre-production.

Use it across your website, social channels, digital ads, email campaigns, sales decks, and in-venue screens. We deliver horizontal and vertical versions optimized for each platform so quality and formatting fit where you post.
